Hello! I’m Cikka . . .

I’m a Trauma‑Informed Somatic Yin Yoga teacher and the heart behind Spirit Soul Bliss — a practice shaped with calm, warmth and deep care.

My journey began when my sister invited me to join her in Sri Lanka — an unexpected “yes” that changed everything. During my training there, I immersed myself in Yin yoga, trauma‑sensitive practice and the science of fascia and the nervous system.

What I experienced was a softening - of old patterns, of held tension - and a remembering of how deeply the body longs to be heard.

Spirit Soul Bliss was born from that transformation. I wanted to share these gentle, supportive practices so others could experience that same sense of ease, grounding and possibility.

Alongside teaching, I bring my flair for creativity into each session - from the atmosphere I help create in your home or chosen space, to the small, thoughtful rituals that make every experience feel personal and held.
