My approach is gentle, grounding and infused with simple rituals that help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Whether I’m guiding chakra balancing, Somatic Yin Yoga, or soft, intuitive movement, my intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, supported, and at home within yourself - wherever we practice.
I offer in-home yoga and holistic healing sessions across Carlisle and parts of Northumberland, creating a calm, nurturing space right where you already feel most at ease.
Online sessions are also available upon request, offering you the same care and connection wherever you are.
My style is warm, welcoming and quietly playful. Healing doesn’t have to be heavy - it can be soft, simple and even a little fun!
